Osama Surmawala's educational journey includes an LLM in Corporate Governance from The University of Law, where he excelled with a distinction in the specialized course "Corporate Governance in Practice" and achieved merit in "Finance, Accounting, and Risk Management." His legal foundation was laid at SZABIST, where he completed his Bachelor of Laws through the University of London International Program. Beyond academia, he possesses A levels from Hala International School Jeddah and O levels. In his professional career, he currently serves as a Senior Lecturer at Dadabhoy Institute of Higher Education, where he imparts knowledge in subjects such as Introduction to Law, legal drafting, and consumer protection. He also contributes as a Legal Associate at Qaim Ali Memon Associates, adept at client communication, drafting notices, conducting legal research, and preparing essential case documents. His earlier role as a Law Intern at S/A Associates exposed him to statutory filings, secretarial affairs, and drafting arguments, while his experience at Nazar Hussain Dhoon as a Law Intern involved contributing to case proceedings and researching relevant case laws.
